To create a large home on a valuable site in Carlisle, the existing split level house was to be totally renovated, with a second floor and large attic for office/multi-use space, new garage, three new bedrooms and master bedroom suite. The character was to be changed from a simple ranch house to a large home appropriate to the superb site.
